- Enjoy writing and able to turn ideas, opinions, or daily moments into engaging, relatable Threads
- Up-to-date with trends, internet culture, and conversation topics
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time, stay consistent with content, and open to feedback
- Willing to work from our office (BSD, Tangerang)
What You Will Do
- Create and manage content for proxy accounts on Threads, aligned with brand tone and objectives
- Develop engaging Threads (storytelling, opinion-based, or educational content) to drive conversations and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and key messaging
- Research daily trends, viral topics, and audience behavior to optimize content performance
- Execute content based on the marketing calendar and real-time opportunities (trend hijacking)
- Monitor engagement (comments, shares, saves) and actively interact with the audience when needed
- Analyze content performance (views, engagement, growth) and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure consistency in posting and content quality across all proxy accounts
- Support experimentation with new content formats to drive growth and virality
